About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at CPM Advisory & Project Management. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of public and private health projects.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and project management skills. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
