Commercial Property Claims Team Lead Opportunity

Job Description:

The Role

  • Lead a high-performing team of claims specialists in the commercial property space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and act as a technical expert for complex claims cases.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Identify and address potential disputes and litigation matters before they escalate.

We are looking for an experienced professional who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial property claims, preferably within major loss environments.
  • Leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
