Commercial Claims Professional

We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to join our team in the Commercial Property space. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a portfolio of claims and utilise your skills and experience to deliver outstanding results.

The Job

As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial Claims end to end, with a focus on delivering timely investigations and resolutions. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to provide excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial Claims from initial notification through to resolution
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine damages and negotiate settlements
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Prioritise and manage multiple claims simultaneously, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Identify and escalate any disputes or litigation
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to policy holders

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in Commercial Property Claims
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong understanding of insurance principles and practices
  • Professionally presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
