Commercial Property Claims Manager

Job Summary:
This is a commercial property claims management role involving portfolio management, negotiation, and administrative tasks.
About the Role:
- Manage a caseload of commercial property claims
- Negotiate settlements and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor vendor performance and identify process improvements
- Assist with payment, audit, and administrative support
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage a moderate caseload of commercial property claims, exercising good judgment in claim dispositions
- Negotiation: Negotiate settlements and communicate with brokers and claimants via phone and written correspondence
- Vendor Performance: Monitor vendor performance and recommend process improvements
- Administrative Support: Assist with payment, audit, and administration support
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial property claims management
- Knowledge of claims policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Technical commercial property claims knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
