About the Role

The Compliance Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of auditing processes.

This is a technical role that requires stakeholder engagement, a proactive approach to maintaining compliance standards, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall compliance function
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities as required; maintain relationships with JASANZ and NDIS Commission
  • Oversee consistency of technical review functions by managing programs
  • Support clients and auditors with queries
  • Onboard new auditors and provide training
  • Manage accreditation activities including witnessing and internal auditing
  • Support performance management
  • Stay up-to-date with scheme knowledge and distribute information as needed
  • Assist with preparing for accreditation audits
  • Conduct reviews to ensure completeness and quality of audit reporting
  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement improvements
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a compliance-related role within the NDIS framework
  • Working knowledge of certification, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A methodical approach with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Familiarity with technology and ability to learn quickly
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills
