
NDIS Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of auditing processes.
This is a technical role that requires stakeholder engagement, a proactive approach to maintaining compliance standards, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall compliance function
- Liaise with regulatory authorities as required; maintain relationships with JASANZ and NDIS Commission
- Oversee consistency of technical review functions by managing programs
- Support clients and auditors with queries
- Onboard new auditors and provide training
- Manage accreditation activities including witnessing and internal auditing
- Support performance management
- Stay up-to-date with scheme knowledge and distribute information as needed
- Assist with preparing for accreditation audits
- Conduct reviews to ensure completeness and quality of audit reporting
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement improvements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a compliance-related role within the NDIS framework
- Working knowledge of certification, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A methodical approach with attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Familiarity with technology and ability to learn quickly
- Self-starter with strong time management skills
- Able to foster others' success
