Compliance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Specialist to monitor compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, identify areas for improvement, and ensure quality service delivery aligned with regulatory requirements.
About This Role:
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures.
- Identify and report non-compliance or risk and propose practical solutions.
- Collaborate with management and service delivery teams to support corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain thorough documentation.
- Monitor completion of audit recommendations and support ongoing improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail, investigative skills, and analytical thinking.
- Clear and confident communication, including strong report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, uphold confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
