We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) accreditation process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality assurance within our organization.
The Compliance Officer – NDIS Accreditation role involves providing technical support to NDIS providers and auditors, maintaining consistency of the technical review function, and fostering a proactive approach to compliance standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

- Previous experience in a compliance-related role within the NDIS framework
- Working knowledge of NDIS certification, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- A great communicator with a friendly personality
- Someone who thrives on detailed work and accuracy is essential
- Methodical; someone who can work through volume in a logical manner
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Fast learner who is comfortable using different pieces of technology
- Salesforce and Outlook experience is highly regarded but not essential
- A self-starter with the ability to manage their own time
