
Lead Case Practitioner

This position involves the application of evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending. The primary objective is to identify and address factors contributing to individual offending behavior.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and assess factors related to individual offending behavior
- Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process, fostering a collaborative environment
- Produce comprehensive reports and standard documents in accordance with procedural guidelines
- Monitor individual compliance against order requirements, ensuring timely and effective interventions
- Demonstrate assertiveness and confidence when interacting with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors

- Cultivate an understanding of case management principles, particularly those related to complex individuals
