To support this diversity, we employ over 150 personnel, who work collaboratively with our teaching staff to provide students with a broad range of educational pathways and opportunities.
At the core of our approach is a deep commitment to literacy and numeracy, as we believe that these fundamental skills form the foundation upon which all future learning and success are built.
Our pedagogical strategy is designed to strike a balance between consistency and innovation, allowing our teachers to be responsive and engaging while still maintaining a clear and consistent approach to teaching and learning.
In addition to our standard staffing model, we offer additional resources to support small groups of students, recognizing that every child learns at their own pace and has unique needs and requirements.
Furthermore, we have invested significantly in student wellbeing expertise, including a dedicated Student Wellbeing Team and Mental Health Practitioner, to ensure that our students receive the care and support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
