Customer Service Professional Opportunity

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and expanding team in the Melbourne CBD. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High-volume data entry of customer orders in a sales order management system
  • Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution
  • Organising logistics and shipping for client orders and providing accurate delivery timelines
  • Updating, maintaining, and managing the customer database for invoicing and delivery purposes
  • Managing deliveries including missed or incorrect deliveries
  • Developing customer relationships through effective communication skills and customer service
