Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Order Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the ordering process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In this role, you will be working closely with our clinical trials warehouse operators, project manager, and quality department to develop and maintain our warehouse operations. You will also be interacting with external stakeholders, including sponsors, couriers, clinical sites, suppliers, and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the ordering process, including receiving and processing orders, verifying product information, and communicating with customers
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products, including managing shipping and logistics
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
