**Newly formed Contracts and Orders Coordinator role MAKE IT YOUR OWN**
**The exciting opportunity has become available for a driven individual to join our successful WA Sales team in the newly formed role of 'Sales and Orders Coordinator'.**
**A day in the life **
**Reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for order placement, submission of contractual documentation, shipping schedules and other aspects for the fulfilment of the contracts and orders process for "Build to Order" and "Engineered to Order" sales orders placed on WEG Australia.**
**The position works closely with the State Manager to forecast and ensure that our commitment to customers at order placement are met, in turn promoting the ethos of Customer Lifetime Value.**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Set and Monitor milestones on order progress such as production schedule, test report availability, manufacturing times and other relevant data and document/report to customer or internally escalate in case of problems or delays.**:
- **Produce and send Invoices on milestone dates for applicable progress payments liaising with WEG Australia's Accounts Department for a successful outcome**:
- **Ensure documentation is submitted on time, and shipping schedules are adhered to**:
- **Co-ordinate with overseas logistics departments and local/overseas customers, shipment details and other logistics considerations, Monitor and insure shipping schedules are adhered to or internally escalate in case of problems or delays**:
- **Support the Sales, Quotations and Business Unit teams with general order and project administration tasks**:
- **Organize kick-off and closing Contract & Orders meetings with customers and WEG's personnel**

- **Strong commercial background**:

- **Experience in administration and or project management/delivery**:
- **Good communication skills, able to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing**:
- **Excellent organisation skills**:
- **Strong IT based skills (Windows Office experience - Word, Outlook, Excel)**:
- **Ability to deal effectively with conflicting priorities and problems**:
- **Self-motivated and well organised**
