Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Officer to join our team at VMCH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by facilitating L&D activities with a customer-focused approach, building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Facilitated Learning: Deliver engaging training programs in-person and online, and contribute to the design and evaluation of high-quality learning experiences.
- Administration: Manage logistics for training sessions, serve as the main contact for L&D inquiries, and maintain accurate training records.
- Budget Management: Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Project Participation: Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resources.
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous administrative experience with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in projects that contribute to continuous improvement.
