
Dynamic Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the position of Business Support Coordinator. This role will have overall responsibility for leadership support, onsite training and event planning, travel coordination, and business support across multiple functions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and efficient administrative support across various business functions.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal training sessions, team events, and corporate gatherings, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly from start to finish.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees and stakeholders, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport, as well as managing any unexpected changes.
- Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives and support both internal and external communication efforts.
- Take ownership of the office environment and oversee day-to-day operations and facilities to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Manage uniform inventory and distribution for the business, ensuring staff have what they need and that compliance requirements are met.
- Support the local management and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring all servicing, documentation, and compliance requirements are consistently up to date.
