Job Title: Office Manager

The role of the Office Manager is a newly created position within an organisation undergoing significant growth. This role will provide administrative support to the team and contribute towards achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping, including invoicing, receipting, reconciliations, and Business Activity Statements (BAS);
  • Develop and implement employment contracts, facilitate staff training and development, and handle generalist HR duties;
  • Provide guidance and support to the team as needed;
  • Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate staff meetings;
  • Develop, write, and implement new systems, policies, and procedures;
  • Maintain the business website, manage marketing campaigns, and organise events;

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office management preferably in a professional services firm;
  • A strong understanding of IT systems and technologies;
  • Familiarity with lodging BAS and reporting requirements;
  • Presentation skills with clear written and verbal communication;
  • An organised and methodical approach to work;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, expanding environment;
