Job Overview

As a Workforce Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining operational schedules for all services, ensuring customer needs are balanced with financial and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Create and manage operational schedules for all services
  2. Manage leave and temporary shift changes
  3. Respond to phone and email scheduling queries with empathy and accuracy
  4. Identify scheduling gaps and develop practical solutions
  5. Contribute to improving systems, culture, and processes in a fast-paced support environment
About You
  • Experience in 24/7 scheduling or resourcing roles is essential
  • Knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is necessary
  • A strong sense of organisation and ability to juggle competing priorities is crucial
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to calmly manage calls, including de-escalations
  • A collaborative spirit with a focus on outcomes for people, teams, and the organisation
