Senior Construction Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Construction Lead to oversee the successful delivery of a multi-million dollar aged care project in Western Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects, with expertise in managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and providing leadership and guidance to site staff.

A key responsibility of this role will be to collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Construction Lead in delivering complex projects in excess of $50m
  • Previous experience working with Tier 1-2 construction companies
  • Expertise in managing the structure phase of construction projects
  • Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure
