Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dedicated professional to lead projects in the Adelaide Metro area.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage projects from planning through to handover, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients, maintaining open communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.


Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering multi-storey projects valued at $50M+.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
