Project Manager Role

A leading commercial builder in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead new build projects.

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from commencement to completion.

This role involves managing large-scale construction projects valued over $100M+


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support project teams including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
  • Oversee programme planning, risk management, cost control, and safety compliance

Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects
  • Strong track record across various sectors including education, health, community, and commercial
  • Proven experience delivering complex construction projects with budgets exceeding $100M+
  • Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in Australia
