Deliver a large-scale industrial project as our Senior Construction Site Manager.

About the Role

We seek an experienced leader to oversee day-to-day operations, program delivery, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance on a greenfield project valued at over $20 million. As Senior Construction Site Manager, you will lead a site team and ensure the project meets time, budget, and compliance requirements within a 12-month program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee program delivery, including technical knowledge across structure, services, and fit-out.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record as a Site Manager delivering industrial, manufacturing, or complex commercial builds.
  • Strong technical knowledge across structure, services, and fit-out.
  • Leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
