About the Role

As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking division, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals. You'll have the knowledge and skills to complete customer transactions, engage in needs-based conversations, and educate customers on digital solutions.

You'll be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You'll contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.

  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
