Key Responsibilities:

  • Create unforgettable guest experiences through outstanding service and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong relationships with the housekeeping team through effective communication.
  • Ensure seamless operations by maintaining well-stocked inventory of amenities and equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and showcase your teamwork capabilities.
  • Respond to guest requests efficiently and deliver 5-star luxury service at all times.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in all guest rooms and housekeeping areas.
  • Exemplify exceptional organisational skills to guarantee efficient supply management.

Requirements:

  • High energy levels to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Experience as a houseperson or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this active role.
  • Able to lift up to 10kg safely.
  • Safe manual handling training & experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail & organisational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests.
