The role of a Premium Services Host is to provide exceptional service to valued guests and promote member benefits through various channels.

Premium Services Host

This position is the face of our premium gaming experiences, creating memorable encounters for our esteemed visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of gaming promotions and services offered by our establishment.
  • Utilizing multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access efficiently.
  • Supporting the Hosting team with Meet & Greet and Farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP members, ensuring seamless hospitality experiences.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create positive relationships with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • A deep understanding of the gaming industry and its intricacies, coupled with a passion for delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to adapt to other casino operating systems.
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, ensuring coverage during peak hours.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Casino Employee license, undergoing thorough background checks as required.
