Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Premium Services Host. In this role, you will be the face of our premium gaming experiences, providing exceptional service to our valued guests.

As a Premium Services Host, you will be responsible for responding to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner, maintaining a thorough understanding of the gaming promotions and services, utilizing multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access, assisting in conducting Gaming Promotions & Draws, and promoting Safer Gambling & Monitoring the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

You will be an expert in delivering high-quality customer service, with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a deep understanding of the gaming industry. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of the Premium Services department at The Star.
