Strategic HR Business Partner APAC

A global leader in clinical diagnostics seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Sydney team, driving value through long-term strategic planning and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support market competitiveness of country-based compensation and benefits processes in compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
  • Lead the annual global salary review, bonus, and incentive plan processes to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
  • Drive performance management processes, empowering managers to own performance management and development initiatives.
  • Oversee Talent Management processes for the region, providing strategic insights into talent development and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on pan-Asia responsibility.
  • Previous experience working with commercial organizations, preferably in the scientific or medical industry.
  • Results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations, including investigation, conflict management, and resolution.
