ROC Consulting is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Birtinya. As a key member of the accounting team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks
  • Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with the ATO and ASIC to ensure compliance
  • Manage databases and perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice
  • Experience with Xero and XPM is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
