As a key member of our organization's support team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the Sydney-based operation.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing Level 2 ICT support for desktop hardware, software, video-conferencing systems, and peripheral devices across multiple sites, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Desktop Support Team to provision and manage ICT equipment, ensuring accurate record-keeping of the ICT asset register.
  • Work closely with Level 3 ICT teams, including external vendors, to coordinate hardware repairs, warranty services, and system upgrades.
  • Develop and implement effective ICT strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce technical issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in providing high-level technical support and leading a team of technicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detailed knowledge of desktop hardware and software, as well as video-conferencing systems and peripheral devices.
