Our dynamic and well-established client is seeking a highly skilled Property Reception Specialist to join their thriving office. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to deliver exceptional customer service and be the face of a successful real estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a welcoming atmosphere for all.
  • Answer and direct calls, ensuring efficient communication across departments and supporting team members in their daily tasks.
  • Manage the front desk, maintaining a well-organized and tidy office environment that reflects positively on the company.
  • Assist with general administration tasks, such as data entry and document preparation, using proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Support property managers with coordination and office duties, demonstrating a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a reception or admin role (real estate experience is a significant advantage)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor, creating a positive experience for all interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
