Role Overview:

We seek a Manager of Client Growth to fill a 12-month parental leave cover. The successful candidate will act as a core agency-facing contact and key enabler of growth for our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Agency & New Business Growth Enablement: Support and contribute to agency new business pitches and digital transformation projects, driving total agency use of our solutions.
  • Drive and track use of proprietary media, commerce, and tech solutions.
  • Product Innovation & Iteration: Collaborate with the Growth Lead to iterate on existing products and identify whitespace for innovation.
  • Product Marketing & Brand Visibility: Assist with internal and external product marketing, enablement materials, and go-to-market narratives.
  • Cultural Leadership: Foster collaboration, curiosity, and ambition among team members.
  • Enablement of WPP Open Intelligence Integration: Support leveraging Open Intelligence to enhance client solutions with richer insights, performance analytics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Evangelism & Education: Inspire and educate agencies and clients about our omni-channel solutions.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Consultative Sales: Identify, develop, and execute demand strategies for innovative, scalable, and commercially valuable solutions.
