Job Title: Client Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Client Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client success group, you will be responsible for driving retention and growth by building strong relationships with our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure retention and customer satisfaction
• Develop trusted client relationships and anticipate their needs
• Drive adoption of our solutions through proactive success strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding and support
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell and partner with colleagues to close deals
• Monitor client health and proactively resolve issues
• Gather client insights to inform product development and innovation

Requirements:
• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management
• Background in financial crime compliance, fraud, or identity solutions (desired)
• Experience with SaaS/technology solutions and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Team player mindset with a results-driven approach
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as operations and product development
• Ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals
