About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed term, full-time position as a Process Automation Specialist. The role reports to the Process Improvement Lead (Automation), focusing on the design, implementation and documentation of workflow and process automation solutions.

You will conduct analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, configuration and testing automation, implementation and post-implementation activities to deliver outcomes in line with the Operations Enablement strategy under Process Automation. You will work closely with Process Improvement streams, business leaders and stakeholders to determine requirements and deliver process automation initiatives.

As the Process Automation Specialist, you will collaborate with Senior Leaders, Business Unit Managers, and other business stakeholders to implement key change initiatives into the business. You will clearly communicate changes and follow a structured approach to change management to ensure initiatives are implemented with minimal disruption.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hold experience in business analytics or process improvement.
  • Be familiar with a process/workflow environment such as Appian BPM, Agile methodology, and/or RPA.
  • Have experience interacting with Executive and Senior Management.
  • Posess sound influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Exhibit highly developed time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines and expected standards.
  • Hold banking/finance knowledge and understanding (highly desirable).
