In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects that drive organisational capability and workforce sustainability.

Working closely with the project manager and the wider team, you will:

  • Contribute to the development and review of policies, procedures, and resources.">
  • Engage with stakeholders to support the successful roll-out of initiatives.">
  • Provide reporting, data analysis, and administrative support to enable continuous improvement.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years' experience supporting HR or organisational development projects.">
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.">
  • An understanding of HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements.">
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.">
