Key Responsibilities

Assist the Assistant Financial Controller in daily operations of the Finance Department, process payroll and accounts payable accurately, maintain timely payroll records and resolve staff queries.

Accounting Functions
  • Weekly payroll processing for 400 employees
  • Assist with weekly rolling forecast and payroll report
  • Compile annual budgets and monthly forecasting
  • Develop effective measures to enhance departmental profitability
  • Month-end journals and monthly reporting
Financial Controls

Ensure cash handling procedures are strictly adhered to, develop and monitor financial systems, streamline procedures, and monitor audits relating to financial standards and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance
