About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill a newly created position. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to our company's growth and development.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Triage enquiries, follow up and quotes
- Managing job progress and follow up
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- General Admin duties
- Data Entry into CRM
- Keeping stock levels up to date
- Managing workers time sheets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar support role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly computer literate with Intermediate Excel skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Xero, Service Mate, Deputy and/or trade industry would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flexibility
- Positive attitude with a sense of humour
