Driven by excellence, we're seeking a seasoned Client Advocacy Expert to champion client satisfaction and success.

This role involves working with vulnerable clients, managing account statuses, and liaising with NDIS and HCP providers to ensure continuity of care.

We're looking for someone who can develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction, track and analyze client performance metrics to improve outcomes, and address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and client management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software, an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Retention: Develop and oversee strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction from high-value clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address client concerns and issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop customized success plans that meet their unique needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and enhance client experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and satisfaction levels.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing client success best practices.
