Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into paying clients by effectively communicating our value proposition, addressing client concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.

Your primary objective will be to drive commitment by securing upfront payments, ensuring clients move forward confidently with our buyer's agent services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their property goals, challenges, and investment strategies.
  • Convert leads into paying customers by effectively presenting the value of our buyer's agent services and securing commitment through upfront payments.
  • Manage client objections confidently and provide tailored solutions to help them take the next step.
  • Conduct discovery calls, video consultations, and follow-ups to build rapport and maintain client engagement until closing.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, mortgage broking, financial services, or high-ticket sales.
  • Strong ability to close sales and handle objections, with a consultative and customer-first approach.
  • Knowledge of the Australian property market, investment principles, and buyer's agent services.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a target-based environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) and other sales technology.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with mortgage brokers, buyer's agents, or financial advisors.
  • Property owner or investor, with firsthand knowledge of the buying process.
  • Background in high-performance sales environments, including finance, real estate, or consulting.
