About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Professional, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
  • Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  • The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
