Delivery Centric is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and drive SAP S/4HANA programs across enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can oversee complex projects, align business and technical stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of SAP initiatives from start to finish. You will play a key role in shaping program direction, mitigating risks, and delivering measurable business value.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, consultants, and external vendors.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Monitor program progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Support program governance processes, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing guidance on SAP S/4HANA best practices and program optimization.

*Qualifications / Skills*

  • Proven Program Management experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
