Our broad range of primary health services, care management and in home and community support services can be tailored to an individual’s needs and with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham, these services can be delivered locally, in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Job Description
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams in a part time capacity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Facilitate the administrative flow of one of our chronic disease management clinics, including processing referrals, scheduling appointments, data entry and facilitating the clinic
- Assist in the delivery of individual and group programs under the direction of the Allied Health Professional
- Work in a multidisciplinary team with flexibility to cover in different disciplines
- Provide administrative support to the Allied Health Team
- Update and maintain client date on electronic database
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience
- Experience working as an Allied Health Assistant
- Experience working in Allied Health and/or the community health sector
- Experience using Trakcare client data management system
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
