**Allied Health Assistants**

**_ Part-time - ongoing (45 hours Fortnight)_**

Masada Private Hospital is seeking Allied Health Assistants to join our Rehabilitation Unit.

**About the Role**

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will provide both clinical and non-clinical support to Specialists such as Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists & Speech Pathologists to ensure all patients receive high quality care.

**About You**

This role will suit an individual with experience in patient manual handling and providing allied health therapies. The ability to communicate effectively both with internal and external clients will be key to your success in this role along with the capacity to work effectively as part of a professional team. You will also bring;
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience within a rehabilitation unit or hospital service.
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance is essential.

Most importantly, you will bring a client-first attitude with a desire to assist our patients in obtaining the best possible outcomes for their health.

**Remuneration**

Salary, will be dependent on skills and experience.

Masada Private Hospital is a fully accredited 105 bed acute medical, surgical facility with specialised dermatology, early parenting and rehabilitation services located in central Melbourne. Our philosophy is to provide a range of services which are appropriate to the needs of the community.

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be up-to-date in their **vaccination against COVID-19 (including the third dose, as required)** using a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation.
