Salesforce Administrator
Location: Brisbane (Fortitude Valley)
Contract: 6-Month Initial Term
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office + WFH)
Rate: Competitive Day Rate

We are supporting a large enterprise organisation through a major Salesforce transformation and are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the team. You'll be working full‑time on‑site with the client, supporting and optimising a highly customised Salesforce environment across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

About the Role

- Provide day‑to‑day Salesforce administration, configuration, and user support
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access
- Maintain and enhance custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports
- Support system integrations, data integrity, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Assist with system updates, testing, and deployment of new features
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and end‑user support resources

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a medium to large organisation
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products
- Experience managing users, security, and data models
- Proficiency with Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards
- Familiarity with API integrations and working with technical teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required; Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred
