**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation.
- User onboarding - configuration of roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD and sharing rules
- A major focus on dashboards and reports, creating meaningful insight per stakeholder request
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

**Skills and Experiences**:
What we’re looking for
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- An understanding of the telco industry.
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder desirable.
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification desirable.
- Experience with Flosum or Flosum Certified Professional desirable.
