The Community, Industry, and Traders Licensing team is responsible for administering a wide range of licensing and registration functions across multiple industries, including agents, security, controlled sports, charitable collections, co-operatives, brothels, X18+ films, Trader industries and more. The team is dedicated to ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and delivering positive outcomes for the Canberra community.

Responsibilities

- Assess and process licensing applications.
- Provide accurate advice to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of services.
- Collaborate with team members, statutory office holders, and various stakeholders to achieve regulatory objectives.

- A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
