Online Sales Consultant – CARS24 (Full-Time) — Competitive Base + Uncapped Comms | OTE $100K–$110K+ | 100% Inbound Warm Leads

With explosive growth across Australia, we’re expanding our online / digital sales team. This is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment where every call, chat, or lead you handle could close into a deal.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, chat, and email.

- Understand customer needs and match them to the right vehicle.

- Pitch extended warranties, finance, and other ownership products.

- Convert leads into sales or book test drives where relevant.

- Accurately update CRM systems with every interaction.

- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years’ experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.

- Car sales experience is a plus, but not essential.

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

- Comfortable using CRM systems and online sales tools.

- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

- Availability to work 5 days/week including Saturday & Sunday (must).
