Our client, an integral university affiliate, is expanding their and requiring an additional resource in their People and Culture Team. This team partners across the organisation to deliver high-quality people solutions, support strategic projects. They pride themselves on collaboration, innovation, and a supportive culture that encourages growth and professional development.
The two positions as follows:
People and Culture Consultant
- Lead key workforce and organisational initiatives.
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives, engaging with employees and leaders to identify training and development needs.
- Review and refresh existing courses, ensuring alignment with current business needs and future workforce capability.
- Proactively source, recommend, and set up new training programs and learning pathways.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to drive employee engagement, continuous learning, and career development.
- Support change management as a P&C advisor and employee education activities linked to the ERP rollout.
- Leverage technology and systems (TechOne and ELMO) to manage training programs, track participation, and report on learning outcomes.
People and Culture Coordinator
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Gather and confirm hiring requirements from managers
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels (ads, referrals, direct outreach, Linked In)
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Supporting offer processes and pre-employment checks
- Managing onboarding and induction activities
- Experience with TechnologyOne (TechOne) is essential, while familiarity with ELMO Learning / HRIS systems will be highly regarded.
- Drive L&D initiatives and continuous improvement projects, whilst reviewing existing training courses and identify areas for enhancement.
