We are looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Assistant to join the team in Pyrmont Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide essential administrative support to the People & Culture team ensuring smooth and efficient operations and accurate records management.
As the P&C Assistant you will:
- Assist in the coordination of the recruitment function
- Prepare for onboarding (coordinate new starter related documentation, Manager notification, IT needs, workspace, medicals, uniforms, induction training, etc)
- Coordinate probationary review process and acknowledgement of completion
- Manage the offboarding process
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff records
- Assist with the development and implementation of P & C Policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
As the ideal applicant you will possess:
- Possess or be working towards tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work with conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality
