About Our Client

This not-for-profit organisation based in Rhodes, Sydney has a workforce of ~180 employees. The People & Culture team supports all departments and is central to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Job Description

- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support managers in workforce planning and recruitment processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and performance issues.
- Ensure accurate HR record-keeping and reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the team to drive organisational goals and culture initiatives.

Key Projects & Priorities for the next 12 months

1. ERP Implementation: TechnologyOne system roll out (HR & payroll modules)
2. L&D Uplift: Capability building, onboarding redesign, performance cycle support
3. Recruitment: Seasonal hiring, employer branding, system utilisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful P&C Advisor should have:

- A relevant qualification in human resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR employment legislation.

- Competitive salary package of approximately $99,600 - $119,000 AUD per annum.
- 12 Month Parental Leave cover
