About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our People and Cultureteam within our Practice Support Group division, which is the hubof the firm, assisting all other divisions to ensure they functionat optimal performance. Reporting to our Head of People, you willbe an integral member of our passionate, supportive and exuberantteam, working collaboratively to provide advice and support to twoof our divisions.

As our People and Culture Coordinator you will support thePeople & Culture team by coordinating recruitment, onboarding,learning programs, HRIS implementation and HR administration. Thisrole ensures smooth processes for early career talent, staffdevelopment, and general HR operations, contributing to a positiveemployee experience and compliance with firm policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Early Careers recruitment with event logistics,candidate interviews, offers, onboarding and associateddocumentation
- Support induction programs and maintain accurate applicantrecords
- Liaise with payroll and IT for onboarding/offboardingprocesses
- Prepare and manage new starter and exit documentation
- Generate employment contracts and probation letters
- Develop and maintain learning materials and manage theLearning Management System (LMS)
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness andcompliance
- Support employees with resources for professionaldevelopment
- Coordination of the CA Program
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases, andprepare reports, and presentations
- Assist with updating policies, procedures, and intranetpages
- Run monthly reports and reconcile staff movements
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitiveemployee information
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and externalstakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
- Provide general administrative support to the People &culture team and assist with projects as required

Skills and experience

- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or relatedfield
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Strong reporting, data management, and Microsoft Officeskills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and timemanagement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in afast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to high-qualityservice
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality
