Coogee Boathouse is a waterfront venue located in North Coogee (WA 6163). With a focus on local produce, the restaurant is currently looking for a full-time Cook to join their team as soon as possible.

- Create and update menu that highlight the freshest local produce, ensuring a seasonally driven offering that aligns with the restaurant’s waterfront theme
- Work closely with local suppliers, farmers and fisherman to source high-quality & sustainable ingredients
- Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, paying special attention to the quality, presentation and flavour of each dish
- Develop creative specials
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including managing staff, order supplies and inventory control
- Ensure the kitchen adheres to the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery OR Kitchen Management
- At least two (2) years of professional experience
- Previous experience with Australian cuisine will be highly regarded
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the availability of seasonal produce.
- Annual remuneration: $76,515.00 + superannuation
