You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate safety across our Southern Region sites. Reporting to the Southern Region Manufacturing Manager, you’ll work closely with site leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to embed CI foundations and deliver measurable improvements in OEE, yield, and productivity.* Champion a culture of safety excellence and Zero Harm across all sites* Lead and support the delivery of key CI initiatives across the Southern Region* Analyze and optimise operational methods, plant layout, and materials handling* Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, and productivity* Facilitate 5S, Kaizen, Gemba walks, and Lean activities* Mentor and train site teams in CI tools and methodologies* Manage minor engineering and process improvement projects to high technical standards**About You**You’re a natural problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
